POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment is 100 percent upon order and/or shipment.

All items are shipped F.O.B. (Free On Board).

 

 

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.  Simply follow the instructions provided during the checkout process (started from page shown when you select View Basket, or by selecting Checkout Now.) Or call 1-800-962-5744 to place credit card payment by phone with one of our customer service representatives.

 

PAYMENT BY CHECK

Place orders by phone.  Checks will take ten (10) days to process before shipment will be scheduled.

 

WRITTEN CONFIRMATIONS

All orders will be confirmed in writing to avoid misunderstandings and mistakes.  In any case, the acknowledgement that we send to you when the order is entered into production should be proofed against your customer order and your purchase order for possible errors, then signed and dated within 24 hours of receipt acknowledgment and submitted to us.

 

CANCELLATIONS

All orders can be cancelled within three (3) business days of receipt of goods.  No other cancellations will be accepted without a written authorization from Syr Beauty Salon Furniture, Inc.  Any authorized cancellations will be subject to a charge for material and labor already extended.  No authorized cancellation will be issued after fifteen (15) days of receipt of goods.

 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped directly to the consumer.  Consumer is responsible for accepting delivery and set up of items via Freight company or United Parcel Service.

 

REFUNDS

No refunds after three (3) business days of receipt of goods.  Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping cost incurred both to and from the delivered address.  No authorized cancellations will be issued after fifteen (15) days from placement of order.

 

FREIGHT CLAIMS

Liability for Freight Damage is the responsibility of the Consignee-the individual or the company represented by the person who signs the Bill of Lading.  Once a shipment has been accepted by the Carrier, no liability for damage can be accepted.  It is the responsibility of the Consignees’ Agent – the person who signs for shipment when it is delivered – to inspect the merchandise for damage before signing anything, and to note the damage, if any, on the Freight Bill.  Please notate on the freight bill any visible damage to any of the containers or pallets in addition to writing “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE” before signing.  This must be done before signing the freight bill to protect yourself, if required to file a freight claim for concealed damage.  This will give you an additional fifteen (15) days to request inspection by the Freight Company for damages found after the Driver has departed.

 

RETURN GOODS

Customer agrees to pay a restocking charge of 20% of the original invoice and pay all shipping costs incurred in the receipt and return of said merchandise.  No returns of any custom merchandise are allowed.

 

MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES AND WARRANTY REPAIR

All manufacturers warranty’s are as per the manufacturer’s policies.

 

Manufacturers Warranty on Hydraulic Pumps and Reclining Back Mechanisms:

A period of three (3) years for Hydraulic Pumps; one (1) year for Reclining Back Mechanisms.

 

Manufacturers Warranty on Dryer Motors:

A period of three (3) years except when cause of motor failure is due to not having changed the dryer filters on a timely basis (every 4-6 months).

 

Manufacturers Warranty on Upholstery Material:

Not warranted against staining or abuse.

 

Manufacturers Warranty on Motorized Bases:

Two (2) years.

 

Manufacturers Warranty on Budget Equipment:

Six (6) month limited manufacturer warranty.

 

Wood swelling in areas around shampoo bowl due to water spillage or water leaks are not covered under warranty.
